I was born in Illinois and my family moved to Colorado when I was 18 months old. I grew up in the mountains in Coal Creek Canyon and attended a super small mountain school in Jefferson County.
I graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with my bachelor's degree in Geography and a licensure in Elementary Education. My favorite classes were my Sign Language classes!
My favorite colors are bright pink and green, as you can see from my classroom! I also love sparkly things and SpongeBob SquarePants!
It is my second year teaching and I absolutely love it! I had such a wonderful experience during my first year of teaching and I am so excited to be back!
First graders are my favorite and I can't wait for a great year with you and your kids!
